Morgan Stanley PE Asia invests Rs 500 cr in Omega Hospitals for 23% stake

Hyderabad Institute of Oncology Private Limited raised Rs 500 crore from Morgan Stanley PE Asia, giving them a 23% stake. The funding will help Omega Hospitals, founded by Dr Mohan Vamsy in 2010, expand across Telangana, AP, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.
