Co making illegal meds busted in Khammam

In a joint operation, Drugs Control Administration (DCA) and police busted an illegal medicine manufacturing factory in a Khammam village. The factory, located at TSIIC Industrial Park in Annarugudem village, was found to be producing spurious drugs. The raid led to the seizure of 935 kg of spurious drugs, including drug ingredients like Valsartan and Clopidogrel. The illegal unit was being operated by K Upender Reddy, brother of the prime accused Kadari Sateesh Reddy, who is currently abroad. DCA sleuths have been investigating the illegal unit for the past two months.
