Hyderabad takes lead in luxury home supply, sets record in Q3 of 2023

Hyderabad has emerged as the leader in luxury housing among the top seven cities in India, with over 14,000 luxury homes launched in the third quarter of 2023. This accounted for nearly half of the total luxury home supply in the top cities. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) followed with 7,830 luxury home launches, while the National Capital Region (NCR) saw one-fourth of Hyderabad's supply. The demand for luxury homes has increased post-pandemic, with homebuyers seeking bigger homes and high-end amenities.
