Finance secretary Ronald Rose appointed as GHMC commissioner

Finance secretary Ronald Rose is the new commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. He succeeds DS Lokesh Kumar who has been shifted to Telangana Election Commission as additional chief electoral officer.
