Telangana govt hikes allowances for employees pensioners

In a bid to woo employees and pensioners ahead of assembly elections, the state government has enhanced various allowances, salary advances and loan limits on Friday. The enhancement has been announced in view of Telangana decennial celebrations. According to the GO issued by the finance department on Friday, travelling, conveyance and transport allowance to those transferred from one station to another location was increased by 30%.
