KCR urges PM to help Ukraine-returned students

Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help Ukraine-returned medical students to complete their education by providing them admission in the medical colleges here in equivalent semesters by relaxing regulations in vogue, as a special case.
