'Cong's fight should be against TRS & BJP, not bureaucrats'

All India Congress Campaign Committee chairman for Telangana Madhu Yashki Goud on Saturday said it is not advisable to target IAS and IPS officers from any state and that the fight of the Congress is against KCR-led TRS and Modi-led BJP.
