Bandi Sanjay gets bail, T'gana HC says dissent OK

Stating that dissent by opposition parties is integral to democracy and a state should never go to the extent of jailing protesting legislators for long periods, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan of the Telangana high court on Wednesday suspended the remand order of Karimnagar magistrate that sent MP and state BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar to 14-day judicial remand.
