Telangana's own income zooms past Rs 80k crore

Telangana is among top six states in the country with more than Rs 80,000 crore self-generated income from taxes and other local sources, according to the latest Reserve Bank of India (RBI) data. Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Gujarat are the other states with income over Rs 80,000 crore.
