'Dalit Bandhu for govt employees' families'

Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced that Dalit Bandhu (Dalit empowerment scheme) would be extended to even families belonging to government employees and retired employees, too, in the fourth phase of the scheme.
