'T'gana dependent on WMA & overdraft from RBI'

The Telangana government is still dependent on ways and means advances (WMA) as well as the overdraft facility extended by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to maintain its cash flows, observed the Comptroller & Auditor General (GAG) report tabled in the Assembly on Friday.
