Rising cases, positivity rate ring alarm bells

With 412 Covid-19 cases being reported in the state in the last 24 hours, the situation resembles that in December last year. In a matter of concern, the positivity rate has jumped from 0.4% as recently as March 17 to nearly 1% in last 24 hours.
