50% cap on quota needs relook: KCR

Even as the Supreme Court has reserved its judgment on whether its 1992 verdict on capping reservations at 50% needs a re-examination, chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has reportedly written a letter to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) with a plea for a relook at the quota cap.
