Padma Shri for three from AP, one in Telangana

Well-known singer SP Balasubrahmanyam was honoured with Padma Vibhushan posthumously while four others from two Telugu states bagged Padma Shri awards for 2021. Andhra Pradesh walked away with three Padma honours, while Telangana received one. Last year too, five personalities from both Telugu states had shared Padma awards.
