PhD ‘irregularities’ in OU, KU: Student files PIL

A PhD student from Karimnagar approached the Telangana HC seeking a CBI probe into irregularities in awarding of fellowships by Osmania and Kakatiya universities. Alleging that norms were violated by both varsities, he said that authorities were not responding to several of his representations.
