TRS tries to douse rebel fire, claims 90% success

A day after more than 500 nominations were filed on behalf of TRS, ministers and party in-charges got into a rearguard action to see that all the rebel candidates withdraw their nominations. With Sunday 3 pm being the deadline for withdrawal of nominations, party leaders are reaching out to rebels. The party claimed 90% of rebels are withdrawing nominations.
