T'gana too will provide free Covid vaccine to poor

One day after BJP’s manifesto in the Bihar assembly elections promised free Covid-19 vaccines for all, Telangana offered a free dose to the poor in the state when the vaccine is available. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have already vowed to vaccinate every citizen for free.
