3.5k drivers hit by flash floods seek govt help

Cab driver Mohammad Zakir watched helplessly as the car, which he purchased last year, got washed away by the floodwater which inundated Baba Nagar area on October 14. Zakir now needs at least Rs 2 lakh to repair his damaged vehicle and his house.
