Telugu doc in UK offers to help Covid patients

A Telugu-origin UK ICU specialist has written to PM Narendra Modi offering his services to help fight Covid-19 battle in India. In a request to PMO, Dr Nageshwar Bandla said there are others who are willing to support remotely or on ground.
