Stop hounding IRS officer: CAT to Andhra Pradesh

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) on Tuesday cracked the whip on the Andhra Pradesh government for what it saw as ‘vindictive attitude’ against an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, currently working with the state government on deputation.
