Biodiversity Flyover to be open only during day?

Cyberabad police are mulling whether to keep the Biodiversity flyover shut during the night time. This, as the authorities are yet to get a nod from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to re-open the flyover.
