TSRTC strike ends, govt says staff can’t join

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) employees’ Joint Action Committee (JAC) finally called off its 52-day strike on Monday evening. But this did not soften the state government’s stand as the corporation refused to take back the workers, setting the stage for another confrontation between authorities, police and workers.
