BMW case: Driver booked twice for drunk driving

A drunk 30-year-old businessman who mowed down a young IT profressional while driving his BMW in the wrong direction at Madhapur was caught twice earlier this year for driving under the influence of alcohol. Cyberabad police produced the repeat offender, K Ashwin, before a magistrate on Tuesday night. He was later released on bail.
