Romanian duo skims data from 8 ATMs in Hyd, held

Two Romanian nationals who were allegedly involved in skimming ATMs were arrested on Thursday. The duo skimmed eight ATMs, police said. SBI chief manager lodged a police complaint, saying instruments were found attached to bank’s ATM at Abids.
