Cabinet to open up RTC routes to private operators

The Telangana cabinet is likely to rule out merger of RTC with the state government in its crucial cabinet meeting, which will be held on November 2. Though chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been repeatedly saying that the merger is not possible during review meetings, the state government is expected to make it official at the upcoming cabinet meeting.
