'Hosps can’t deny treatment to poor hit by dengue'

The high court on Wednesday took suo motu cognisance of a TOIreport on private hospitals turning away poor patients suffering from dengue. The bench of Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice A Abhishek Reddy told the state to identify such hospitals and take stringent action.
