AP: From Oct 1, buy booze from govt liquor stores

The state government is all set to implement its new excise policy from October 1. Deputy chief minister and minister for prohibition and excise, K Narayana Swamy announced on Saturday that the government is ready to open government-run liquor shops across the state.
