Woman found dead in Tirupati lodge, hubby missing

A 45-year-old woman, who arrived with her husband in Tirupati on Saturday, was found dead at a lodge in the city on Sunday. The husband, who is the prime suspect, has been missing since Sunday. Police booked a case of murder. The couple identified as M Cynthia and Murugan, residents of Chennai had arrived in Tirupati and booked a room at a lodge near Peddakapu Layout in the city on Saturday. While Cynthia had furnished her identity proof, her husband did not, but his name was registered in the lodge’s register.
