IIT-Hyderabad develops waterproof coat using fly ash

Taking a cue from lotus leaf and rose petal, a team of researchers from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad, developed waterproof material using fly ash, an environmentally hazardous substance produced by thermal power stations.
