Telangana man held for flashing teacher

A 32-year-old man was arrested for allegedly flashing a school teacher at Rajendranagar on Wednesday. At 9am, the victim was walking on the road to reach her school when the accused allegedly exposed his private parts, Rajendranagar police said. The victim raised an alarm and called her husband. Locals caught the culprit and thrashed him before police reached the spot
