KCR bats for linking Krishna and Godavari

Making a strong pitch for inter-linking of two major rivers to meet water requirements of both Telugu states and also put an end to acrimonious water disputes, chief ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — K Chandrasekhar Rao and YS Jaganmohan Reddy respectively — have decided to explore the possibility of diverting Godavari river waters to Srisailam (Krishna) reservoir.
