Hyd: HC cancels bail in sexual assault case

Justice Sanjay Kumar of the Telangana high court on Monday wondered why the lower court granted bail to a convict who was jailed to undergo three years of jail term for sexually assaulting a five-year-old child. The judge canceled the bail and directed the convict Mohd Ibrahim to surrender to the police for medical examination to verify his mental condition.
