'Citizens in debt but KTR's income increased'

Launching a scathing attack against Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family members, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said while there is debt of Rs 60,000-odd on every citizen in Telangana, the income of KT Rama Rao, son of CM KCR has increased by 400 per cent.
